Itinerary Details
Day-01 Arrive Delhi
On arrival at Delhi airport, our representative will welcome you and transfer you to car for driving towards your hotel. Check in to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day-02 DELHI
During the day,visit to some notable attractions of the city including visits to Humayun’s Tomb (highly recommended), Jama Masjid (biggest mosque in India), Qutub Minar (the tallest stone minaret in India), Lotus temple and Raj Ghat. A rickshaw ride in the bustling bazaars at Chandni Chowk, tour to Khari Baoli spice market.
Day-03 DELHI – AGRA
Drive to Agra. Check in at hotel. During the day, enjoy a guided tour to Agra fort and Itmad-ud-Daulah tomb. Sunset tour of Taj Mahal. Stay overnight at Agra.
Day-04 AGRA – FATEHPUR SIKRI – JAIPUR
Sunrise tour of Taj Mahal. Return back to hotel for breakfast. Check out and drive to Jaipur visiting the abandoned citadel of Akbar – Fatehpur Sikri and the amazing Abhaneri Stepwells on the way. Check in at hotel. Evening is at leisure. Stay overnight at Jaipur.
Day-05 JAIPUR
Day is free to enjoy the festival of colors – ‘Holi’ with us at our home. In the evening, drive back to hotel for a wash & change. Stay overnight at Jaipur.
Day-06 : JAIPUR
After breakfast, take a guided tour of Amber Fort. Set in a picturesque location, Amber is a fascinating blend of Hindu and Muslim architecture. Built in the 16th century by Raja Man Singh in red sandstone and white marble, the palace complex has some very interesting apartments. Jai Mandir, Sheesh Mahal, Sukh Niwas, Ganesh Pol and Temple of Kali are some of the prominent areas of interest. You will be provided the Elephants to ascend the fort to visit the complex. Enjoy a tour of Jaipur city which was built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer 260 years ago. Visit the Maharaja’s City Palace (apart of which is the home of the erstwhile royal family), the Observatory, Ram Niwas Gardens, Hawa Mahal or the Palace of winds built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh and drive past the old part of Jaipur city. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day-07 JAIPUR – JODHPUR
Drive to Jodhpur. Check in at the hotel. Enjoy half day sightseeing tour which includes Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. Evening is free to take walks in clock tower area. Stay overnight at Jodhpur.
Day-08 JODHPUR – JAISALMER
Drive to Jaisalmer. On arrival at Jaisalmer, you will be transferred to the hotel for check in. You will have the opportunity to take walking tours in the interesting surroundings. Stay overnight at Jaislamer.
Day-09: JAISALMER
After breakfast leave for the sightseeing tour in Jaisalmer. Visit the vibrating Jaisalmer Fort, Nathmal ji ki haveli and GadsisarLake. Stay overnight at Jaisalmer. Visit the sprawling Sam sand dunes in the evening. Also, take a camel ride to appreciate the desert landscape. Stay overnight at Jaisalmer.
Day-10: JAISALMER – BIKANER
Drive to Bikaner and check in at the proposed hotel. Bikaner is a medievel period fortified city and is one of the best places to be explored on your Rajasthan tour. Junagarh Fort and Camel Research Farm are just the best kept secrets of Bikaner. The first on our sightseeing tour will be Junagarh fort. Junagarh fort – It is one of the most imposing forts of Northern India and was built in 15th century by one of the most able and trusted generals of Akbar, Raja Rai Singh. Later also visit the Camel breeding farm. Evening visit to a very interesting Karni Mata Temple (Rat Temple and the return back to hotel for overnight stay
.Day-11: BIKANER – MANDAWA
Drive to Mandawa and check in at the proposed hotel. Today, you will be taken for a guided tour of Nawalgarh, Mandawa, Fatehpur famous for their havelis (mansions) which were once havelis of rich merchants. Mandawa & the surrounding region is like an Open Art Gallery where you may see hundreds of havelies with beautiful paintings and carved doors/windows.
Day-12: MANDAWA – DELHI AND DEPARTURE
Drive to Delhi international airport to board your flight to next destination.
